Wonderful restaurants with a wide variety of food and also very family friendly. Staff have been very helpful and the rooms and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, also the outdoor pool and the golf. Definitely looking forward to our next visit and trying out more of the wilderness adventures.
This hotel is everything you would expect. You are greeted at the drive. Have the option of valet or self parking. Bellhops help unload and eventually take you luggage to your room. You don't tip unless you want to because 20% gratuity is added to everything. There are firepits and you can buy s'more kits. There is everything from bowling alleys to a movie theater, to an indoor pool, to an outdoor pool for the summer, paddle boating, golf. Basically almost anything you can think of you can find at the Broadmoor. The rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are amazing. As well as well stocked, they have people clean your room each morning as well as turned down your bedroom at night. We had an absolutely wonderful experience there.
Typical Broadmoor style and fashion. The rooms are Exquisitely appointed. The views are outstanding. The Bar Restaurant has great food and service, thank you Adam for taking such wonderful care of my group. Walking the grounds is like being a wonderful experience. Everything is perfect. I bring my family here every other year for the holidays and we're never disappointed!!
Im currently staying here the hotel is so nice it feels like i have wear a suit, the rooms are really clean and comfortable, it's a good spot if you want to go into the town ans your visiting the area, the staff are all super nice one offered to exscort me to my room on when I got here super late at night

Our annual trip to my favorite hotel is this weekend, the Broadmoor. Our room this time is in the East wing but I love the West wing. It’s much quieter and has better views. The entire hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful. I love the history of Spencer and Julie Penrose and their dream of this hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is so much to do here. Shops, restaurants, pool & spa, movie theater, bowling alley, artwork and historical items to see. There’s a free art/history walking tour offered. The Penrose museum is across the street and is free and fun to walk through. I enjoy walking around the lake everyday and watching the wildlife. I love everything about this hotel!
The Broadmoor was absolutely magical. We got to stay there while they still had the Christmas lights up and it was so beautiful. I would highly recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly.
